NIH is a fabulous resource for you.
1. At the homepage, click on "Health Topics A-Z" located under the two big pictures.
2. At this page, go to the middle section, "Browse Health Categories." Don't click yet!! Under this section, go to "Health and Wellness."
3. Click on "Substance Abuse."
4. Your topic might be in this list.

Once you are at this homepage, click on the black square at the bottom left. This should take you to some helpful choices.

2. Click on your topic if it is there.
